Any return of the products require written RA# (Return Authorization) from HME Sales and Service. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning the products back to obtain a return authorization number from us. If return is NOT AUTHORIZED we will dispose of the items without refund.

HME Sales and Service will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original shipped date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened and used cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Products: Items not in original packaging. Items that have been used. Certain products such as bathroom safety aids, commodes,pillows,cushions,braces,cpap chins straps, cpap wipes,cpap brushes, etc., cannot be returned due to Florida State Law regarding hygiene items. Special orders and any custom made equipment are not returnable.

CPAP products considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, Humidifiers and Accessories, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer.

No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined the product.

 

CPAP MACHINES 2 YEARS Manufacturer Warranty 

HME Sales and Service will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or comparable item under the warranty policy. The manufacturer determines if the item will be replaced or repaired. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, the warranty will be voided. HME Sales and Service can not supersede the manufacturer’s decision. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to HME Sales and Service is not covered in any warranty situation.

The 30 day risk free mask satisfaction policy allows the purchaser to return the item to HME Sales and Service within 30 days of the date we shipped the mask to the purchaser for a full refund of the product’s purchase price less shipping. 30 day risk free is offered at no cost for selected masks.

We will act in good faith to maintain this progressive service by strictly enforcing its policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse to extend the 30 day risk free option to anyone we judge to be abusing it.
